I ordered spicy miso ramen the broth was good the veges spring roll was ok but not so great. Friendly staff and clean environment.
Best ramen I've had in Spokane! Very flavorful and decently priced. Our server was great! And I like the pop art vibe they got going on in here.
Visiting from out of state and only in town for a few hours. Nudo has a modern touch of Asian fusion and it was such a hidden gem and amazing find!! Service was great and our waitress had a smile at all time. Portion size for the food was amazing. I was surprised at how much noodle and meat my spicy beef ramen packed, and it was perfect for a cloudy autumn day out. I grew up eating beef noodle soup and the spicy beef ramen captured that essence of flavor! Takoyaki was freshly made with a perfect crispy exterior to soft core ratio!
Great fried rice dish here even though that's probably not what they're known for. It wasn't my idea to go here but I got outvoted and I didn't regret it.
Would recommend to anyone visiting or would like to enjoy a quick bite! - vibe/atmosphere: clean and perfect spot for a low key ramen night in the city. - Gyoza steamed veggie w/ black vinegar: good flavor a bit over steamed but was good with the addition of the black vinegar. - Tonkotsu: overall good flavor, definitely ask for chili oil and sriracha, worth the flavor blast when adding both into the ramen. Abundance of meat, veggies, and other additions in the ramen. Shareable sizes for the ramen bowls, my wife's and I were able to split one which was very appreciated! - drinks: great cocktail and draft beer list - service: quick, friendly, and efficient.
The food here is AMAZING! I've been here twice and they hit it out of the park both times. This time I did the spicy beef ramen, happy hour edamame and the ginger martini. It was a lot for one person, but I finished most of it. Nicole made me feel so welcomed and comfortable since I was by myself. Highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner, they get the food out very fast!
This place was so cute! They have some comic book art and the lighting is warm and dull but the food was good! The ramen was amazing and they provide chili oil! It's not hot in my opinion had to use a lot of it. I also ordered the coconut shrimp and they added a sweet coconut sauce on top. I didn't love that it went on top as it caused the shrimp to get a bit soggy. Id prefer this to be on the side. But it was still delicious. I ordered the veggie Goyza and that was delicious
